By accessing or playing Untamed Kingdom ("the Game"), developed by Shadow Stalk Studios ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Game. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Game on authorized devices
• Access and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
• Access and use any virtual items or content you have properly acquired

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

• Engage in real-money trading of in-game items outside official channels
• Disrupt gameplay or server functionality
• Share personal information of other players without consent
• Advertise or promote third-party products or services
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game

5. Virtual Items and Purchases

The Game may offer virtual items, currency, or content for purchase. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• We may modify, remove, or adjust virtual items at any time
• Virtual items are licensed, not owned, and cannot be transferred or sold
• Account termination may result in loss of virtual items

6. User-Generated Content

If the Game allows you to create or share content, you:

• Retain ownership of your original content
• Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights
• Accept that we may remove content that violates these Terms

7. Intellectual Property

Untamed Kingdom, including all content, features, graphics, music, code, and trademarks, is owned by Shadow Stalk Studios and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any part of the Game without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your license to use the Game is immediately revoked, and you may lose access to your account and any associated content or virtual items.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHADOW STALK STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shadow Stalk Studios and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Game, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
